GENERAL INFOAll items are NEW, or max. a few weeks old, but certainly NEVER been used!
The buyer is free to request additional information about a product that wants to buy on my email address: [email protected] at any time, or by calling me personally on the Phone/Viber: +385959014406, or via Skype by name: alamisura, any working day 09:00-20:00 h. Croatian Time Zone UTC/GMT +1 hour.
Appropriate time to call in my Time Zone:
From Australia please call in the late afternoon or evening.
From USA please call in the morning or early afternoon.
I'll be happy to answer all the questions.
As a seller I guarantee, I will always send NEW and VALID product without any defects.
When it comes to manual production tiny imperfections or differences between each product of the same model can happen because it's handmade not industrial production!
Sometimes the item could be shipped not-assembled because of safety reasons to avoid product damage or due to the courier's limitation of package size/weight. In such cases all the necessary parts to assemble a product will be included in the package.
In the manner of a good salesman I will always be available for communication with the buyer to find the right solution for him.
PAYMENT
PayPal ONLY is accepted!
During the "SALE OFF" period the item price in the listing is discount included, also the title of the listing indicates such period and percentage of discount!
Immediate payment would be most appreciated, but if necessary in additional consultations can be arranged somewhat longer period for payment. If the buyer in next 5 days does not pay the ordered item without consulting me I will conclude that he gives up the purchase and the item will be returned to a sale again.
Cancellation of ordered products can be done only before payment.
SHIPPING & POSTAGE
Products are shipped from Croatia - European Union.
After receiving cleared payment product will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days from Croatia - European Union, via Standard int'l shipping service, tracking number will be provided. You may check package status on-line here: http://ips.posta.hr/
According to Croatian Post calculations delivery time will be:
- For UK 3-7 days
- For USA 5-15 days
- For Australia 7-21 days
Note: If your package doesn't come in max.calculated+5 days, please contact me, I'll try to find out what's wrong.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All my products are 100% NEW and FUNCTIONAL, and never been used! However I sell them in "as-is" condition so money refunds are NOT possible! Make sure before buying you going to love it.
Products are inspected and tested prior to dispatch and there is NO chance to ship invalid nor damaged product! However, returns are accepted within 7 days ONLY in case of evident malfunction, product will be replaced with another one. Before returning the product it is necessary to contact me first in order to discuss replacement details.
ATTENTION!!!
Immediately upon seeing malfunction, please make a written note about it with a few good quality digital photos as confirmation of your statement and send it to me via eCRATER messaging system or directly on email: [email protected].
I take NO responsibility for damages or losses caused during transportation!
Unfortunately, my experience teaches me that sometimes buyers have very personal and subjective reclamation, such as "I don't like it any more", or "I thought it's much bigger", or "I'd like a different color now", etc... Sorry but such returns are not accepted also.
